Dr Sous came about from the minds of chefs Laura & Lyndal, who after having worked together across numerous venues and multiple years, decided it was time to strike out and bat for themselves. 

 

Passionate about great tasting food and caught up in the amazing flavours that sous vide can deliver, the two decided to start a business that would focus on highlighting the simple beauty of this style of cooking. Precise, infused with flavour and juicer than anything you've tasted before, sous vide is an elegant solution to providing perfectly cooked catering options, every time.
